Jared initially helped us replace our salt cell and timer a few months ago. He was responsive, knowledgable and worked with urgency to get us back up and running again. When we started discussing other maintenance items, his expertise and genuine willingness to share information and suggestions easily convinced us to continue using him to close down our pool for the season. After using 2 other pool service providers throughout the years (with many frustrations and high inconsistent charges), it was refreshing to find Back 40.
